Wow rust

So over the past few days I've started to get back into the flow of cash games, and I can say I definitely feel rusty when playing 100bb's deep. I've been sick the last 2 days or so, so that hasn't helped... but my game has some huge leaks in it that I need to look over and fix, primarily not taking time to figure out an appropriate range for my opponent, and instead just shoving money in blind knowing I'm beat. I'll spare the hand histories, but there have been some real bad ones. I've decided I'm going to spend the next 10,000 hands or so back at 10nl to shake off the rust and get back into a groove. I'm plenty bankrolled for 25nl, but I'd much rather shake the rust off at a cheaper price.. besides, it's not like 25nl is going anywhere in the next 2-3 weeks or so. Also, I'm going to sign back up at deucescracked and review the videos that helped me the most, and check out any new ones that might help. Over the next few weeks at 10nl, I plan on suspending almost all of my sng/mtt weekends (except for a shot at the $33 satellite on ftp for the 2.5k package on the 10th) playing cash games. I still think I'll be able to hit 50nl by the time I move..but as long as I'm in the right direction I'll be happy.
